Additional Marketing Opportunities

Attendee Lanyards – $25,000
Lanyards (badge holder) are a one-of-a kind opportunity to gain exposure for your company. All attendees will receive a lanyard with your companyname or logo as a sole sponsor.

Attendee Tote Bags – $25,000
Offering elite advertising exposure, the Tote Bags are one of the most coveted support opportunities. This opportunity puts you in front of attendees with your advertisement. The bags include all congress materials and are provided at registration to each attendee.

Banners – $15,000 per banner
Your large, colorful banner is displayed in the Moscone West so it is visible to all WTC attendees. You provide the artwork and we produce the banner. Specific locations can be selected by
contacting Robin Geary at rgeary@WTC2014.org.

Charging Stations - $5,000 per station; $35,000 for exclusive support
Mobile device charging stations are one of the newest and most exciting services in the event industry today. A self-service kiosk that charges mobile devices quickly and conveniently can be available to WTC attendees from within your exhibit booth and/or locations in high traffic areas throughout the center.

Coat/Luggage Check – $15,000
“The coldest winter I ever saw was the summer I spent in San Francisco” – The majority of attendees will use coat/luggage check during the World Transplant Congress. This exclusive opportunity will allow your company to be visible before and after the exhibit hall hours and includes customized coat check tickets with your company’s logo. Signage acknowledging support will be placed in the coat check area. Additionally, at your company’s expense you may provide custom designed luggage tags according to the provider’s specifications. Artwork must be approved by WTC prior to production.

Column Wraps – $12,000 each – 3 for $28,000
Your large, colorful banner is wrapped around a column in the Moscone West Convention Center so it is visible to all WTC attendees. You provide the artwork and we produce the banner. Specific
locations can be selected by contacting Robin Geary at rgeary@WTC2014.org.

Congress Notebook – $40,000
Distributed in each attendee’s tote bag, this handy 6 inch x 9 inch spiral-bound notebook includes a meeting-at-a-glance schedule and pages for notes. Recognition includes, company logo on the cover, a product branded advertisement (up to 5 pages) following the notes pages, as well as the inside-front, inside-back and back cover corporate advertisements.

Cyber Café (e-Café) – $45,000
Located in the exhibit hall, the cyber café will allow attendees to access home and office email and will be available during exhibit hours.

Digital Signage – $45,000
Take advantage of advertising your company using electronic display that shows programming, information, and other messages throughout the Moscone West Convention Center during WTC.

Escalator Cling– Single Support - $30,000 (Four sides)
Whether you are looking to drive traffic to your booth or looking to garner attention – an escalator cling can be the perfect fit. These opportunities are located in areas of maximum passenger
concentration and offer inescapable visibility.

Exhibit Hall Snack Breaks – $15,000 per break
Morning and/or afternoon breaks will be scheduled throughout the exhibit hall and will include light refreshments.

Foot Prints – $8,000
Footprints on the exhibit floor are being offered as an advertising opportunity; they grab the attention of all attendees. Stickers, in the shape of footprints designed by the exhibitor, draw attendee’s attention by letting them read the exhibitor’s name, but they also help lead them to the exhibit booth. (Limited to four exhibits)

Hotel Key Cards – $35,000
The majority of attendees stay in one of the official hotels of WTC. You are guaranteed to get more visibility than the competition; gain maximum exposure by putting a message directly in the hands of target audiences; advertise on a product that attendees keep with them throughout their stay and will assist in improving traffic to your exhibit booth.

In-room Video Presentation – $15,000 (limited to two supporters)
Run in both Congress Headquarter Hotels: San Francisco Marriott Marquis and InterContinental San Francisco.

Mobile Application – Single Support - $40,000
Strategically place your corporate logo within our mobile application; this will include the splash page as well as the primary listing in the exhibitor section. Logo will not be positioned on or near
educational sessions.

Mobile Application Upgraded Exhibitor Spot – $5,000
Have your company highlighted on the mobile app in the exhibitor section. This will include your company name shown on your booth location on the exhibitor floor plan in the mobile app.

Onsite Program – Ads
Back cover - $25,000 - color
Inside front cover - $18,000 - color
Inside back cover - $12,000 - color
Inside ad pages (located in the back and/or front of the book – not within program section) – full page - $5,000; ½ page - $3,500

This indispensable guide is made available onsite to all WTC attendees. The Program Guidebook contains a schedule of activities, complete exhibitor information, scientific program, poster sessions and other general information to assist attendees during their participation.

Photo Booth Lounge – $20,000
The photo booth lounge, located in the exhibit hall, will feature both open and traditional photo booths for attendees to take memento photos of their time at the World Transplant Congress. Each photo will be branded with your company logo.

Poster Receptions – $15,000 each, 3 for $35,000
Support one or all three poster receptions that take place during WTC on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday evenings.

Pre-meeting Mailing Lists – $8,000
A mailing list of all pre-registered attendees can be purchased for a one-time usage. A one-time use agreement must be signed and faxed back to the Exhibit Manager in order to receive the list.
This gives you a unique opportunity to get in front of attendees before the Congress begins either by sending a mailing piece or an email blast - attendees will know exactly where to find you when
they enter the exhibit hall.

Relaxation Station – $25,000
Enjoy a massage while trekking through the exhibit hall. You will be recognized in the program book and attendees will see your message while waiting to receive their relaxing massage.

San Francisco Fold Out Map – $20,000
People rarely throw away a map, and a Pop Out city map with your company message will be retained by your customers as a reminder of their trip or visit long after they have returned home.

Schedule-At-A-Glance - $30,000
Always a popular support item, the pocket sized schedule-at-a-glance will provide attendees with the entire meeting schedule, room locations, and map of the convention center. Your corporate logo will be placed on the back cover for complete visibility throughout the entire Congress.

Tote Bag Insert – $7,500
Include a printed insert in the tote bags distributed to all attendees. WTC must approve the design before distribution and this cannot be product specific. (6500 pieces)

Water Stations – $20,000 for sole sponsor; $5,000 per day
